I mostly use ezviz to check recordings when I missed something. The playback is easy to use, and the timeline makes it quick to find the right spot. Every now and then it takes a lil bit to load or kinda jumps back a few seconds, but it’s not a big deal for me. Overall it does what I need it to do and I’m happy with it.

I think I did the firmware update sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and it took longer than I expected. There were a couple moments where I wasn’t sure it was actually moving along, but it eventually finished and everything seems to be working fine now.

I got my order in the end, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting. Not a huge deal, just a little slower than I hoped.

I picked up the EZVIZ camera last month, i’m blaming myself a little for waiting so long. The whole thing feels really solid and well made, not cheap or flimsy at all. Even the mount feels sturdy, which I didn’t really expect. So far, I’m happy with it.

I’ve been using my EZVIZ cameras for a while and, overall, I feel okay about the privacy side of things. The app has that 2-step login stuff, and the privacy settings are mostly easy to find and adjust. Some of the data sharing info could definitely be explained better, because a few parts feel kind of unclear. But so far, nothing weird has happened and it seems secure enough to me

I bought my EZVIZ outdoor camera from EZVIZ almost a year ago, it’s handled our terrible weather better than I expected. We’ve had heavy rain, strong wind, and a few snowy days, and it’s still working normally with a clear picture.

Compared to the outdoor camera I had before, this one feels a lot sturdier. The casing still looks good, the sun hasn’t really faded it, and the mount hasn’t started wobbling or shifting around.

Setup was straightforward, and since then I’ve barely had to touch it. For the price, I’m really happy with how tough it’s been, especially considering what our weather has put it through.

The warranty process with EZVIZ was easy. My camera started acting up after a few months, which was frustrating and not what I expected, but I contacted them and they sorted the return without any hassle. The replacement arrived quickly, and overall it was a no-fuss experience that made the problem a lot less annoying.

I picked up this ezviz camera mostly because I wanted it to work with my smart home setup and all that. The camera itself is fine, and the app works okay for checking things. But getting it linked up with Alexa/Google was kind of clunky. Sometimes it takes a while to show up, and every now and then I have to mess with reconnecting it or whatever. The picture quality is good enough for what I need. I just wish that whole integration side of it felt a little smoother. It’s not terrible, but it’s not amazing either.

The video comes out clear during the day and at night, so I can actually make out faces when I need to. Because it’s easy to use and does what I expected, I’m happy with it.

I had a small issue and reached out expecting it to take a while, but they handled it fast. The support person basically said, "No worries, we’ll take a look," and not long after, it was fixed. Super easy and no back-and-forth hassle.

The cloud storage works fine overall, and I haven’t had any major issues using it. But it feels pricey for what you get. What really bugs me is that the terms seem to keep changing, so it’s hard to feel like you know what you’re actually paying for long-term

I use EZVIZ regularly, and the login has been fine for me every time. I haven’t had any random lockouts or strange error messages so far, which is a relief. Getting in to check my cameras is quick and easy. Maybe it depends on the device or connection, I’m not really sure, but in my case it’s been solid.

I had an issue with my camera setup and ended up reaching out to support. They did get back to me and eventually helped sort it out, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took longer than I was expecting, which was a little frustrating. I was kind of hoping to get it fixed quickly since I’d already spent way too much time messing with cables and settings, and I was already distracted because my dog kept barking at absolutely nothing outside. Overall, not a bad experience, but not amazing either. Average for me.

I’ve had two EZVIZ cameras set up around my house for about 8 months now, mostly so I can check in when I’m at work or away for the weekend. For the most part, they’ve been easy to live with, they stay connected, and the app usually pulls up the live view quickly enough when I need it.
There was one time after a power cut where one camera needed a restart, but that hasn’t really been a regular issue. They’re not absolutely flawless, but they’ve been reliable enough that I feel better having them around. I’d give them 4 stars

I thought the battery would hold up better, but I’m having to charge it more often than I expected. It’s not completely terrible, but it’s disappointing enough that I don’t really trust it to last when I need it to.

I expected the motion alerts to be annoying or full of false alarms, because that’s usually where these things fall apart. But this one actually spots people quickly and doesn’t spam me with random alerts nearly as much as I thought it would.

I picked up an EZVIZ camera mostly because it was cheaper than a lot of the other brands, it pretty much acts like a cheaper camera. The picture is clear enough, and setup wasn’t a total nightmare, so I’ll give it that. But the app takes its sweet time sometimes, which is always fun when you actually need to check something quickly. Also, a few features feel like they should just be included instead of being locked behind extras, but I guess that’s just how things are now. Overall, it’s not terrible. It does the job, mostly. Just don’t go in expecting some premium experience...

I was pleasantly surprised by the audio on my EZVIZ cam. It’s clear most of the time and easy to understand. The only thing I’ve noticed is that voices can sound a little tinny when someone is talking from farther away, but overall it’s been good.

It’s been working fine every day and doesn’t randomly drop the connection, which is apparently a lot to ask from WiFi these days. So yes, I’m happy with it.
